Steve joined Wm. S. Jackson & Associates Ltd. in 2006 after six years with BC Assessment in Vancouver.  Steve has a business degree from Simon Fraser University and holds an AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He specializes in commercial / ICI valuation, with particular expertise in the Powell River and Sunshine Coast areas. Steve is currently serving on the national board of directors of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is a member of the Rotary Club of the Comox Valley
