Town of Comox

After serving as coucillor at the town of Comox for 2 terms, he was elected Mayor in 2018. 

Prior to his life in politics, Mayor Arnott spent Twenty-five years with Coast Guard. Started as morse code and telephony radio operator then moved to watch supervisor and finishing last five years as Office-in-Charge; responsible for all HR and financial dealings with the Marine Communications & Traffic Services Centre.

He also worked with the DND Housing Agency in Comox.

Russ Arnott calls Comox home for 22 years, where he raised his family and now has the joy of watching his grandchildren grow up .
